A school disctrict in South Carolina is doing away with snow days! Kids no longer have the joy of getting a day off of school, if inclement weather is an issue, ONLINE classes start!
The district is part of an eLearning Pilot Program to test the success of online classes in place of snow days which lead many schools to longer sessions that go into June. That means higher costs for bus drivers and other operating issues.
